Question #10: Ever Been in Love?

I am single: I will share a favorite quote of mine on the subject:
“I have been in love with the notion of being love, but never have,
myself, been in love” ~St.Augustine There have been a couple of times where I
conceived love to be in the air, but as it was...it was not love. 2.
Yes…I've known
him for 8 years, he's my best friend and the only perfect (almost perfect) guy I
know... how could I not fall in love with him? 3.
Love is something
that is easy... it's the commitment and the other stuff that people overlook.
People can fall in love at the drop of the hat, but is everything else
falling into place? That's the
trick. 4.
Who knows what
love is? If it is all that heart-wrenching emotion that took me almost a year to
get over, then I suppose I was in love. 5.
I thought I was in
love a few times, but none of those relationships glorified God like my marriage
does now. 6.
No.
I'm picky. :) 7.
I thought so, but
in retrospect, it was just a crush. 8.
Yes, because no
one is perfect. 9.
Yes...I did love a
guy once before, but things just didn't work out between us.
However, I still believe that there is a true genuine love out there for
me yet. One that will be
everlasting!! :o) 10. I
convinced myself I was once, but now I look at it and wonder why I tried so hard
to feel so little. 11. Yes,
I've been in love 3 times. All very
different, but all very real. 12. After several months of dating, yes I am. |
