Update
September 23, 2004
UPCI General Conference Update:
The resolution to allow utilization of TV for advertising and programming was
much closer than anyone would have imagined that it would be; however, the
resolution was voted down with a vote of 1097 against (56.5%) to an amazing 847
for (43.4%). The tabulating committee counted the vote three times to ensure
accuracy. More details will follow at a later date.
