Letters
It seems as if so many of our readers are thinkers. They just don’t take what they read, but they think about it, and mull it over before making a decision. That said, it is likely then that many are also readers, and what do readers need but more books! So, if you are ordering a book from Amazon, come to ninetyandnine.com first, then click on the Amazon icon. By doing this, you will be providing small percentages of support to this ministry. Thank you for all your support in so many ways!
Re: “Biblical Beauty Advice by James Crawford”
Thanks for this posting. It is advice for the soul. It encourages and uplifts.

Re: “Media is the New Bus Ministry”
What an excellent article! Mr. Nicholls, you have summed up what many of us have long believed. Where media is concerned, we tend to be on the defense, when Christ has so obviously called us to fight the good fight and be on the offense against those who would attack the body! Well done!

Re: “Wedding, Marriage, and Love-But Not Necessarily in That Order”
This may have been written in 2003, but it’s still good and I say “Amen!” to it!

Re: “Media Is the New Bus Ministry”
The reason the Church was able to weather the storms cited by Nathan D. Nicholls was due to their separation from their world. If we follow his line of thought, we would have to agree that the Church could have experienced greater growth and tenacity had they become gladiators in ancient Rome instead of serving as pet food. Come, come sir! You actually believe that we will overpower the evils of Hollywood by becoming the rulers of it. Then it follows that I can also become ruler of prostitution by becoming a pimp - not just any pimp but King Pimp! My tax man would love to see me make a profit some year but I have a feeling this isn’t God’s plan for my life.
Call me a fuddy duddy, a legalist, any name you want to; I say, no I preach, without shame, television and the motion picture industry has seduced more saints from the pews and more preachers from their pulpits than any other single sin you could name. I cannot give a scripture that condemns every single program or attribute of television or movies but I can tell you this much—grocery stores throw good food into dumpsters every day. I don’t want to feed my body out of dumpster so why would I want take food for my mind and spirit out of one?

Re: “JCM Music Conference”
I like what Ladonna had to say, but I feel that if she did not catch the Thursday night concert and Friday night recording, she missed the best part. I was blown away by a small group of singers under the direction of Kevin Howard, Minister of Music for the Pentecostals of Alexandria. This group was called Fusion, and they were awesome and very much anointed. Maybe Ladonna should write an article on this group.

Re: “Media is the New Bus Ministry”
The Trinitarians have a satellite to proclaim their gospel. Why shouldn’t we have one to proclaim the truth?
Ramona Fulford, Florida
In order to ‘keep the back’ of all my JCM friends, I offer some clarity on the bad sound system at NMMC this past year. As far as I know, JCM brought in a company to set up a sound system that would be used just for the conference and the live recording Friday night. Tuesday and Wednesday’s sound was pretty bad because it had just been set up that Monday or Tuesday, and all the bugs were not worked out. Despite that, the anointing was still there. Tongues and interpretation were given Friday night during the live recording by emcee Danny Woods—life changing!

Re: “Tonex interview”
Loved the inside scoop interview with Tonex! He is so progressive and dynamic! By far, the best Apostolic artist I’ve ever heard/seen.
Re: “E3 conference”
Kevin Brown did an awesome job summarizing the E3 conference. I went to it as well and thoroughly enjoyed it and would agree with every point he made. I hope that more Pentecostal/Apostolic professionals will attend next year. If you’re in the medical field, you really need to support the Apostolic Medical Society that is being implemented.

Re: “Miracle on Azusa Street”
My name is Nicole Gregory and I am a part of the drama department at Peace Tabernacle in Mesquite, Texas. We have been trying to come up with a drama for the Azusa Street Revival and have had no luck. I ran across your site and saw that you have done a musical drama called ‘Miracle on Azusa Street’ and I was wondering if this is an original work from your church or if you purchased the drama from somewhere? We’d love to be able to do it at our church if it is something that we could purchase. I’ve looked and looked online for the drama to try and purchase it but I’ve had no luck. Please let me know if this is something you could possibly help me with.
God Bless you and thank you in advance for any help you can give me.

Re: “Lee Stoneking”
I have just recently found your site, and found it very interesting. I was wondering though, if you knew if there was anyway to get any of the tapes to the messages that you are referring to. I love to hear and feed my soul with the uplifting things of God, and Bro. Stoneking and Jerry Jones always leave me hungry.
