Well, let’s put it this way … my parents could have afforded to buy me a brand
new Mercedes, but instead, my dad picked me up a USED brown Ford Pinto
hatchback. (it was even oxidized) He said it was to keep me humble and
appreciative....after it got wrecked (honest, it wasn't my fault) he bought me a
white Ford Maverick … then it needed a valve job and it wasn't worth the
repair, so after that, he bought a another Ford Pinto, but this time, it
was baby blue … and guess what? … it lasted till I got married and that was 25
years ago and yes, I learned to appreciate...my dad was the best …
but now I drive a Suburban (my dream car) and I'm thanking God for it!
