The Question: How do you handle stress?


The Answer: “Exercise!”


The Answer: “When I get stressed, I pray. I find that when I am praying on a regular basis, I rarely get stressed about things.”


The Answer: “Espresso.”


The Answer: “Preach to myself.”


The Answer: “I usually cry, blog, talk to a good friend and pray. Depending on the reason I'm stressed, I might also blare some music as I drive down a beautiful scenic highway we have here. It's peaceful.”


The Answer: “I need a change of scenery and something to distract my mind. When I can't do that, I find that just turning off everything—all media—lets my mind release. Simply stopping the deluge of information is often what I need.”


The Answer: “Eat, stew, cry . . . in that order.”


The Answer: “Eating chocolate.”


The Answer: “Cry.”


The Answer: “Prayer.”


The Answer: “Laughter.”


The Answer: “Eat a lot of cookies and/or exercise.”


The Answer: “I don't.”


The Answer: “Read a good book.”
