Thursday Night Live……from JK1

Wow! Whatever was missing in Wednesday night’s service was made up for Thursday night. The “Kapow!” factor was definitely there. From 6:30 until 10:30 it was non-stop, energized, all-for-Jesus, crazy-praise chaos! It’s an unbelievable sight to see, in one setting, 15-plus thousand young people as they jump, shout, dance, scream, wave their hands, go absolutely and completely berserk for Jesus! You can’t help but get a little crazy yourself!

Bro. Mark Johnston, New Jersey/Delaware District Youth President, exploded behind the pulpit (which revolved, by the way). He preached an empowering message on the Apostolic Dew. Playing off of the popular fountain drink, Mountain Dew, Bro. Johnston pointed out that the Dew is true (the Gospel message), the Dew is new (like the fresh morning dew, our tactics and approaches for reaching souls for Christ must be new and relevant for today), and finally, the Dew is YOU (the Spirit of God empowers EACH believer to be a vehicle for revival).

PS:
It seems that the sound system problems have been fixed. The style of music, however, wasn’t. :)

Also, I got to meet my fellow bloggers tonight…..it was nice meeting all of you!
