Eric: the game, camera, church tomorrow

The Game

The Flyers beat the Blues 4-2 and the game was not really close once the Flyers got on the scoreboard. I had a fun time meeting all of Janna’s (my girlfriend) coworkers. Although I have gotten to do some pretty swank things on occasion this experience certainly ranks up there. We were in a suite where they served good food all night. There was all sorts of stuff -sushi, spring rolls, ravioli, baked chicken - and they even came around with a dessert tray! We watched the game in style.

Camera trouble

Unfortunately, I had improperly formatted my digital camera’s SD card, so I wasn’t able to get many pictures from the game. The good news is that I managed to find the camera manual online and found out how to properly format the card.

Church in the morning

Tomorrow morning is Sunday School, and I go to the college and career class. We are an interesting bunch, most of us who attend haven’t grown up around here and each of us is at a different rung on the education/career/figuring out what I am doing ladder. Sunday night the adult choir (with help) has a Christmas program. Afterwards there is a meal. Janna is going with me tomorrow night, so that is exciting (I went to her church’s Christmas program last week).
