Farewell, new friends!

Much ado about nothing...
Today is my last day as the monthly blogger on ninetyandnine. I recommend blogging to everyone. It's a terrific outlet. I'm going to continue blogging on blogspot if anyone wants to check it out. It will be http://livismama.blogspot.com. I will, of course, continue reading ninetyandnine, it is by far the most superior Christian zine out there.

Stressful Day
Today was a rather stressful day. It was our day off and we spent the first part of the day goofing off. It was nice actually. We just layed around watching TV and talking, much like our dating days. Did I ever mention that my husband and I dated for almost 4 years? And he's no spring chicken, he was almost 36 when we married. I don't know what took him so long:) Just kidding, he was waiting for me to finish college. Back in the day I was going to be a corporate head hunter. I was going to jet around the country recruiting eligible candidates for high level management positions. As you can imagine, this is not the best career for a mommy, so here I am, not jetting around. It's for the best, though. I hate flying (and due to an incident in Cinncinnati, I will forever be on the "red" security list).

Rambling (wo)man
How in the world did I get off an that? Anyway, Mike and I are co-chairs of a committee at church and we had a four hour meeting tonight. Whew! I am tired. It was fun, though. I got to hang out with people that I like and eat at a buffet! Woo Hoo!! (note the sarcasm, I hate buffets)

Mike's ahead on death watch
Mike officially has two points on death watch. He had Shelley Winters and Coretta Scott King. Tim is protesting (typical of Tim) the last one, since the list didn't get in in time. I'll prove it though, I have records:) We are such a sick little family.
