Is it called Re-re-decorating??

Wallpaper, paint, and fabric...oh my!
I am redecorating at my house...again. I think that's call re-redecorating at this point. Olivia's bathroom was in dire need of a facelift, so I stripped the wallpaper and painted it Straton Blue, which is a beautiful deep robin's egg blue. I painted the ceiling Decatur Buff and the trim Mystic Gold. It's fabulous!! However, it then made the hallway look blah, so I wallpapered it in a faux finish that looks like a suede. Gorgeous!!! Good thing I get a good discount at work.

School Blues
Poor Olivia was back on yellow light (that means so-so behavior). She's not so good at staying in her seat. I told her I was going to sew a magnet on her backside and get the teacher to give her a metal chair. She just laughed, I don't think I scare her at all :) She's so excited about Valentine's Day. Mike and I are getting her a huge Valentine of some sort. She's also excited because she has been winning Spider Solitaire on a regular basis. It's the little things in life that are worth celebrating.

Tonight for dinner, I made chicken & dumplings, biscuits and homemade banana pudding for dessert. Yummy! The only reason I am documenting this is because it's so rare. I'm not a domestic goddess. More like a domestic serf. I also eskewed all housework tonight in favor of hanging wallpaper and surfing the internet. One day, I will have enough money for domestic help and it won't matter. Until then, it's a good thing we all have big wardrobes so that laundry consistancy isn't a huge deal:)

Well, tomorrow is my last ninetyandnine blog. Sadness! I've really enjoyed it. I mentioned in an earlier post that I would continue blogging at myspace. However, it has been pointed out to me that myspace is not a wholesome environment, so I will change venues. I'll let you know tomorrow where it will be. God bless and I'll "see" everyone tomorrow!!
