A Month in the Life

As I was walking around today I snapped so many pictures! I will only put a couple on there though. I also took lots of pictures during the general sessions of not only people worshiping but the different speakers and singers. I got right down front for some and up top for others, so I have a variety.

There was a guy down the street near the Convention Center that had his hair stuffed full of dandelions so I asked him if I could take his picture. The lines for lunch and dinner were all so packed that it took over an hour just to get subway and eat it. Crazy!

The night session was amazing. The Gateway Ensemble did a WONDERFUL job with worship and the speaker - Brent Keating - had an awesome message. I am going to get the cd of it. It was about tearing down the divider between sacred and secular and worshipping God in all parts of your life, not just the church. A good quote from it is: "stop, pause, and see that God is not confined to the walls or pulpit of a church, He is EVERYWHERE."

Then I went to the b gathering for twenty somethings and had a great time. I don't have any pictures of it though because I decided to just mingle and enjoy it rather than carry around my big camera. I did, however, take pictures of different guy's in cool suits since we have so many pictures of girls fashions.
