A Month in the Life

Hey ya'll!!! So today was a very LONG day but I was so glad to have church tonight. Our youth pastor, Bro. Binion, did really good. He taught on disciplining yourself to help yourself be the person that God wants you to be. It was good because I'm in that process of becoming who God wants me to be and learning more about how to be that person helped. Discipling is not an easy thing, spiritually, mentally, emotionally (emotionally especially for us girls...can I get an amen!!!...lol) Being in college you have to learn discipline even more because you have to study and do homework, get up in the mornings when you could easily skip, but you have to learn to be the better person and learn to be the person you need to be in order to be the person you want to be. Not an easy process and Lord knows that I can't wait til the process is over. I know that we will never truley figure out who we are but knowing that God is making me into the person He wants me to be is good enough for me. When you go out on your own finding out who you are becomes one of the top priorities of your life because you don't have mom or dad to follow any more, instead it's just you and following where God wants you to be.
